1. Refund Policy
1.1 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with MindTranscript within the first 24 hours of your credit purchase and have not used the credits, you may request a full refund.
1.2 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours: Request must be made within 24 hours of purchase
- Unused credits: No more than 10% of purchased credits have been used
- Technical issues: If the service is unavailable or not functioning as described
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized charges: If charges were made without your authorization
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 24-hour window has expired
- More than 10% of purchased credits have already been used
- Partial refunds for unused credits after the 24-hour period
- Violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy
- Change of mind after using the credits
2. Refund Process & Timeline
2.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Submit your request within 24 hours of your credit purchase
2.2 Processing Timeline
- Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit to Account: Depending on your payment method and bank:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Razorpay: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
2.3 Credit Balance After Refund
Once a refund is approved, any remaining unused credits from that purchase will be removed from your account balance.
3. Payment Method Specific Policies
3.1 Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) - INR
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For UPI transactions, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- For card payments, refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank
3.2 PayPal - International Payments
- Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- From PayPal to your bank may take additional 1-3 business days
- Available for USD, GBP, EUR, and AUD purchases
4. Credits Policy
4.1 Credits Never Expire
Unlike subscription services, your credits never expire. Once purchased, you can use them anytime without any time limits or pressure.
4.2 No Recurring Charges
MindTranscript operates on a pay-as-you-go model. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no recurring charges. You only buy credits when you need them.
4.3 Credit Usage Rate
Credits are consumed at a rate of 1.5 credits per minute of audio transcription. This includes AI-powered transcription, enhancement, and summary generation.
